The reasons for this news letter style and medium is:
- To Keep everyone informed
- To provide Timely updates
- To ease the burden of sending emails from just a few individuals
The news letters can contain graphics and highlighted html text as well as just text. This will hopefully translate into a better way to communicate within the district.
